Dear Frits
I must say I am a little surprised by this news.
I thought you were never going to retire! What is Richard and Safmarine going to do without you?
Now you can tend to your garden and pond and travel and possibly moonlight as a tourist guide with all that knowledge and passion for your city. Certainly I would recommend you to anyone heading to Belgium (I have also developed a passion for Antwerp).
So, all the very best Frits and good luck for a long and happy retirement. And if you ever come to Cape Town again be sure to look me up.
